Innovative Almond-Growing Strategy in Ukraine: Enterprise Level

Almond production in Ukraine is undergoing the process of formation. There an urgent need to study almond market Ukraine, including formation strategies. A content analysis scientific literature was used single out general approach for enterprise strategy development. With a view toward determining regions with most concentrated almonds, cluster carried out. To maintain SWOT producers almonds factor conducted. The incoming data obtained by surveying 98 domestic companies. For development product-based conceptual models, frequency and multiple-choice were applied. main results included model product portfolio, generalized portfolio nut-producing enterprises strategic almond-growing Ukraine. Given promising growing outlined broad prospects: lack competition, high demand, government support along weak sector organization opportunistic strategy. In addition, fell under investment category, which considered require new employees.
